I got a 27 too and I don't live in the States either. I think there is a pattern here.

What are you implying??? Don't count us out yet, I'm positive we have plenty of brainiacs that are up to the challenge.

I got 19. Ugh... My daughter (just turned 12, 6th grade) got 22. I know I had a substandard elementary education (no excuse). The math question is being covered in chapter 10 of the textbook she'* using - she didn't know how to work the problem. Other than that, I think she did pretty darn good! She even gave me the usual history lesson The war of 1812 is also called the 2nd war of independence and Chris was from Italy. She'* a great teacher
