thats the only one I have a hard time with. the FIRST road paved was in DETROIT!!!

well, if thats the case i don't think that they have ever repaved portions of it either!
I think that makes perfect sence about the first road, after all we are the motor city correct? I mean horses didn't need pavement. I am sure however that cars traveled easier on it.

I do agree however that they since haven't repaved.
