I hate it when people mow their lawns and the grass clippings end up in the middle of the road and they leave it there

its not the clippings that make me made, its when they go over it in the street/driveway throwing rocks everywhere...

Well being a landscpaer most times we try and blow the clipping on the lawn but if the street is real busy we dont risk going out there and getting hit so we blow them in thr road and let people blow them all over with their cars...so I am sorta guilty of it, and sometimes the homeowners demand we do it! Although it is illegal in my town maybe even state not sure

Yes. Noise laws. I think here it'* like 7 AM to 10 PM

And I have a mulching mower. No clippings except on my sidewalk...

well, yeah, i think we have noise laws too, but its actually illegal to blow clippings into the street here iirc
