most people won't notice the rear quarters, but in the right light at the right angle, they really stick out. But you probably already know that. Since I was there when Jim first bought the car I noticed it, lol.

I think it has to do with the metallic flake in the gold paint that is not sitting the same as the original paint, plus age of original paint. I know there are places out there that can color match the car in it'* current condition ( with any fade that is there). Not sure how many places have it in the U.*. , but it is a handheld unit that measures the paint and give you a formula, just like getting house paint ( color match system).
