Has anyone ever ordered from there?
I found the link somewhere here I thought, can't find it now though.
I ordered a bottle of touch up paint a week ago sunday and the money was
withdrawn from my bank account on 4-29.
I never received an e-mail confirmation or tracking number through UPS.
Called them last thursday and was told it shipped that day and would be here in 3 days.
They said I should get an e-mail later that day.
Still no e-mail, no paint either.
Just called and they gave me a tracking number that comes back as invalid on
UPS'* site.
Called back to verify tracking number and asked for it in an e-mail also, still invalid, still no e-mail.

Sounds like i'm getting ripped to me?

I have ordered from them in the past... no problems. Been awhile though.

i ordered there a month ago, took about a week and a half to get my stuff , i dont think i rember getting an e-mail or tracking code though

No e-mail sent yet.

Being someone in the business of shipping things to people.... Geez, give him a couple days. The shipping industry sucks these days.

I have ordered from them several times, quick prompt shipping everytime. I never received any confirmation via email. Just sit back and wait it out, they have a very high quality product.
