I've got both and i'd say for now go with the 360 cuz it has more games but if you don't plan on buying both eventually, go with the PS3 cuz eventually they will have more games, And graphically, there almost identical.

Technologically, the PS3 is a superior console, but, unless you're a racing fan, it has absolutely no good games for it (and if it does, the 360 has them as well). I'd say go for the 360. The only reason I'm buying a PS3 is for the blu ray and GT5.

Yeah I like racing games mostly. I have the logitech force feedback steering wheel for my ps2 I wonder if that will work on a ps3?

Buying a 360 for the warranty would be like buying a Chrysler for it'* lifetime powertrain warranty. It'* nice to know it'* there, but unfortunately, you're probably going to be using it...

My brother has owned his 360 for months now, but only played with it lightly for a few weeks before having to send it back for some kind of graphics card failure. They won't exchange, either. He'* been without his gaming entertainment for quite a few weeks now.

360... for reasons stated above. ps3 "exclusive" games seem to be making their way onto 360 somehow... halo 3 will be SICK, and we get call of duty 4 and GTA IV as well... when the heck is GT5 even due for release???

What a great thread........It is Andrew'* birthday on Tuesday and we are getting a 360! He started out wanting a Wii, but then changed his mind because he LOVES Sonic the hedgehog. I am glad to know that the overall feeling is the 360 is better.
