Well, like the saying goes "to each his own" I tried a vegetarian life for about a month and it wasn't for me. I like a juicy steak God gave us animals for food, it is in the Bible and if He says its okay then I can live with myself just fine.

Ah, well I get around that by not following the bible or believing in God. BUT (so as not to start a furor of debate) as you said, to each their own, I don't knock anyone'* beliefs.

Kudos to you for trying a veg lifestyle though!

I just made that too, however with normal ground beef, and I can tell you, it was VERY good
