Thats what I like about our cars. Any monkey with cash can make a mustang or camaro fast and even then unless you won the lotto someone else will always have a faster one.

I drove it to I thought I did amazing for only driving stick for the 3rd time and with a 5.0 I think I could get the feel for a stick real fast......... didn't clunk er out but a accidental burner in reverse cause its so touchy had a slight problem going from 4th to 5th the 1st time going though all gears..... I am addicted to RWD v-8 sticks now

On the street, stock Mustangs can take stock Bonne'*. On paper it might be different though.

87 had 225hp stock...the 86 was only at 200hp...the heads were more restrictive.

I believe for that body style....87 had the better horsepower.

I had an 87 and a 89 and the 87 was quicker.

My 86 capri was actually quicker then them both...but it had the mods.
