yes i know what the thred is about and i still think that the person that did that to the dog still needs to get some "specal" atention form some folks

thats just wrong. the poor dog... the poor girl... Even if the person'* found, chances are they won't get the punishment that they should.

I've lived in quite different areas in this country, and always found people in the Twin cities to be pretty realistic. Minneapolis' and st paul'* crime has gone way down in the last 10 years.

But between the guy who killed because he didn't like the chili that was made for him, and this, it really makes me wonder.
