Yeah, I really hope you're not serious, a relatively stock D16 weighed down by lots of useless equipment might have trouble in the 16 second range, even.

Now if he crammed the H22 in there, that would be another story.

LOL. Not minutes before I saw this thread I saw someone talking about a Civic (maybe a del sol) that had VTEC and I/H/E and was running like 13'*...
