I feel your pain, bud. I ride too, I've crashed twice, I've watched two friends go down, and my ex-wife'* first husband died 5 weeks after a motorcycle accident on my birthday. A few years ago yesterday.

That blows. Biking, while dangerous, is not necessarily a bad thing. It is a great hobby giving a sense of freedom -it'* very sad to see such liberties taken away in such a manner.
P.*. I'll be parading through the Mankato area on the way to Altoona, IA for the 4th of July. My brother and I are taking the Harley'* down there -I have been clean-shaven for over 3 months, but I gotta get the side-burns and goatie out for then.

Probably no suprise to anyone here, but I'd love to get a bike. Then I hear about stories like this and wonder if I should...

Sorry to hear this was a personal loss to you, Freak....

We are so sorry for your loss. It is hard to come to grips when you lose someone in such a horrible way. Please remember our hearts and our prayers go out to you.
