Hickory Tech(local company). Their dialup blows, and DSL is not much better.
I agree that Charter needs a little help. My bro-in-law has it and he has problems every week.

Our Charter is great @ home. Maybe they love you when you get the digi TV and Cable internet package.
We were beta testers for it when it first arrived in the area my sophomore year in HS. It did have problems then, but that was expected.
