I tried using the gainer for a while. Darn near killed me. Was like drinking 64 oz of pudding.

I'm not taking the gainer yet. I've decided to hold off on that stuff until I plateu my gain.

Yeah, it'* thick. 16oz of powder to 24oz of water. It'* retarded LOL.

I mixed mine with skim milk. smoother and tastes better.

Don't have milk readily available over here, water we do though.

I workout twice aweek in most cases. I start with 12 ounce curls and then move on to 16 ounce Rum and Cokes, they weigh more do to the glass it is in.

Just kidding, right now I'm riding my bike 10-15 miles a day three times a week, the rest of the workout is sparatic at best, this is a good read and will incorporate it
