hey i was just wondering if anyone works out and what kind of regimine do they use and if they take any supplements, NOT STEROIDS, bc i may be "suave" but im not the most built guy ever, and when i say that i dont mean im gonna loose a fight to a dungons and dragons kid, i can hold my own if i need to but im not about to go pick a fight with someone like danthurs, id just like to get a lil bit bigger for college, so any past experiences and any help would be much appreciates, thanks in advance.

been using NOXplode,,, boosts energy and helps repair muscles without the high caffine of others which bothers my stomach and makes me gittery

nd dan when i say dungeons and dragons kid i mean some1 who spends their entire life in the basement on a computer just playing that game non stop.

I am not a diehard nor a body builder so my advice is more for basic maintenance and good health.
1. Get plenty of rest. People who do not get enough rest tend to be overweight.
2. Do not overdo it, start slowly, allow time for the muscles to heal or you will be always starting over.
3. Alternate aerobics and strength training
4. Eat healthy foods, avoid excess caffiene.
5. Take the stairs
6. Do not overdo it
7. I would pass on the supplements, they are not safe for everyone and are not FDA regulated. when a person has a bad experience with supplements it can be very serious and even deadly. Often it is the interaction with other substances or even a lack of tolerance by the individual so again, they may be safe for some but you could be the unlucky one so be careful and find out all that you can before taking a supplement.
8.Remember, you will gain weight as you age and your metabolsim slows down so be careful about how much bulk you add early on.

Do not overdo it.


9. Swimming is a great exercise
10. If you do suffer an injury take the time to heal. No pain, no gain is not the way to go.

Don't forget to stretch before and after but don't overstretch.

These are just my opinions, others will have a different approach, mostly though it is a lifestyle choice and it is just as much about what you do not do as it is what you do. Respect your body and pay attention to what it is saying. And lastly, genetcis, It is very difficult to change your basic body type but whatever you are working with can be and should be well maintained.

Just my two cents worth.

dam crece, thats deff more than 2 cents worth, more like a grand worth lol, i think im gonna take your advice, im just going to do what i can handle for now and in 2 months see how much progress i have made and then go on from there.

Before you start, go to your local hospital and ask for a BMI, that'* body mass, tells you how much fat to lean you have. Then in perhaps 3 months go in again. This is the best way to see what your doing. Protein powder is the best thing you can take, helps build up lean muscle. Supplements are OK, but not really needed when you eat good.

yea well im kinda fat, like the fat when i stand up i look like i have the flattest stomach, but when u sit down and lean over, then i look fat. my mom is a very sesoned nurse, would she be able to do it without having to go to a hospital?
