Default work out

So who here does a work out regimine? I just started taking up running this past month. I am currently able to do right around 2.75 miles in around 29-30 minutes... It'* amazing because just last week I wasn't able to do much over 1.25 miles without getting tired. I"m not doing almost 3 miles without getting tired, just extremely short of breath because I suffer from asthma (and am too thick-headed to see a doctor about it.) I'm currently 6'1 and 205 pounds and would like to get down to around 180 or so. I plan to join a gym later this month to tone up a bit. Do any of you have a workout regimine that you're doing?

I have always been on the line between normal and heavy. I'm 6'3" and the least I've weighed is 225lbs. I am starting to get into the gym more often, now that the weather is turning sour and I don't want to be tinkering with my cars.

I typically stick with a cardio workout with at least a mile run on the treadmill. I will also do some freeweights from time to time.

It'* amazing how much wieght I can drop in a month just from watching what I eat and running regularly. But being a college student and work full time, my diet isn't the best

I go ...get in shape..then fall out of the routine.

Currently.. Yeah..it'* an uphill battle.

I get on the Eliptical and something in my brain snaps..I start pushing up on the resistance, and moving around 180 strides per minute.. It'* like some personal goal that I have to do 600-800 calories in 30-45 min.

Maybe that explains my driving habits?

You told me you dont always drive like that, but then again everytime we went for a ride, your foot seemed to have found the floor pretty good!!

I have a gym in my building but sadly dont take advantage of it. I had an opportunity to weigh in at Boosty'* house since I dont have a scale.

I weighed in at 285 I really need to step up and take action!!
