I will just say this congrats on the moving out thing. The one thing I will caution is not to get a place that you can't afford if the girl flakes on you. I will also say that living with a "gf" before there is a ring of some sort has been proven that the relationship will usually be weaker instead of stronger like you hope. I wish you the best and just remember you are young and that there is plenty of fish in the sea if you do lose this one. Just as a side note is this the one that flaked on you before
