I finally got cable internet again!! Ahhh...love the speed...

Although, I am slightly disappointed. In Salina, I was getting 5.7Mbps download speeds. Here in Lindsborg, I'm only getting 1.8 Mbps... :? ... and Lindsborg is 1/5 the size of Salina. I'm going to call tomorrow and make sure they turned on the right one...

*** has a cheaper internet that'* basically DSL speed. I wanted the next step up, the "normal" *** internet.

ugh! dude, you suck! my dsl is capped off at 384 kb/* [bits, not bytes], i'm calling up the phone company to un cap it, because it was uncapped at 1200 kb/* [bits not bytes]. You know you can uncap your cable modem.. to go like 10mb/*.. . Its just illegal. and you will be banned for life from the cable company. Too bad..

at my aunt'* house I can get download speeds of 1.8 MBPS... at home the fastest I can get is 2.5KBPS. this SUCKS! It takes half an hour per song to download off of iTunes.. all day (like 12 hours) to download an entire cd.
