UPS, seasonal work. Driver'* helper. 5 days a week. $11.76/Hr!!!!!

Yeah, I'm so glad. It may just be seasonal, but at least I'll finally have something to put on my resume as previous work.

I've only had one job before this, and it was pre-2006, doing landscaping. I was getting paid under the table, and the boss started to get lazy and stopped paying me, so I eventually stopped going, as he was a *** hole and refused to pay me.

You too? LOL

Hang onto that UPS job. Those jobs are hard to come by and pay well once you go full time. The benefits are also outstanding. It might take a few years before you can go full time, but it'll be worth it in the end to go through the part-time pains now.

That'* the kind of job where you say you got your foot in the door. Bust your arse, and mind your manners, and it might just turn into a pretty damn good job. UPS drivers do pretty well.

I'm with Wren on this one. My brother-in-law temp'd for the Post Office for 10 years before he finally made it in.
