Default Wireless Keyboard

Does anyone have any recommendations for a wireless keyboard/mouse combination, i need it to have decent range, since the PC is going to be behind my TV cabinet and my couch (where im going to controll from) is about 18ft away from the PC location. so i need something with pretty good range.

Thanks geeks!

Don't get this one. It has a built in mouse, and it'* a pain to use. I bought it since I have my home computer hooked up to my HDTV..... wouldn't recommend at all.

I have this one:

Love it. Works great. I use it for my laptop and my desktop at work.

do you get good range out of it?

its a bit pricey for me, but i also know a cheapo wont perform well over longer distances

Bluetooth is good for 20-30 feet? I've tested this one at 15-20.

While I haven't used the keyboard wren is recommending, the bluetooth devices I have used seem to have really good range. I think you'll be safe buying that one. Plus, I like Logitech products. Haven't used one that I didn't like (yet)...

I personally don't have one but my neighbor has the same one Wren has. I like it, pretty snazzy if I say so myself.

The one Bill pointed out is the same ones we use at work and they are about 25 feet from the receiver. They work great too. I also reccommend something rechargeable. The kids eat me out of batteries with theirs.
