Any other snowboarders/skiers out there. Just picked up some new boots and bindings yesterday. I was gonna get the new Burton Freestyle bindings, but I stopped in at a local outlet store and found some by World that matched my board a lot better and felt just as good (and they were $50 cheaper!)

Hey...I'm with you, glorkar. I'm a 4 seasons guy...and I'm ready for winter to start! I can't wait to do some downhill skiing at Boyne and Nubs ***. I hope the snowfall this year is better than in year'* past!

This is my first winter without traction control. It should be interesting.

I like it on the rare occasions that we get snow here because everything closes and you get to stay home and play. It is so much fun!

Yes...driving in the storms can be brutal. That'* the only part that I don't care for...there are days when my 61 mile commute takes over 2 hours!!

ah. I always turn mine off anyway. it annoys me more than anything. Just don't let your tires spin too much.

Ya, you wouldn't believe how easy the wheels spin on a GTP with cheap tires.
