That'* one thing i like about the US they publish young offenders names. Up here the media can't name them only their ages.

There is no way in hell they would get jail time. They will have to pay a small fine or community service or both, and have their license suspended for a year or so.

No they could get it. People and courts are pretty fed up with street racing and if it happened like it says...susp lic 1yr+, hearty fine and 30-60 days would be the starting point around here.
