As a former Avenger owner, I can tell you that car isn't going anywhere, even if he does dig it out. Those things are possibly the WORST vehicle to drove in snow ever created. I think it would be simpler to drive with slicks on all four corners and somebody else controlling the throttle and brakes by remote control.

Hahahahahahahahahah, I love the south. Nothing but a little bit of rain yesterday and Wednesday (and it all beaded off because I just waxed my car for the second time in a year) and it'* been warm enough out that I haven't even needed a jacket.

Finally made it out this evening around 815. I got sick of waiting so started shoveling my way out and then heard the roar of two diesel engines--Bobcats coming to clear the rest of the way. Jack-knifed rig up the street in one of the pictures and another photo from our local Pontiac dealer. I went to the Grand Prix section and snapped it, although you can't really tell they're GP'*!....and no, my car'* not on fire--the duals were really putting out the steam!

You've got to love Missouri weather. It was close to 70 earlier in the week! It'* usually not this bad at all in the winters here. Nothing like this since '95.
