I did a search and the weights are all over. The L67 is 385 to 500, a LS7 engine is 450 to 837. Guess it'* what you consider in the weight. I'm looking at fulled dressed, transmission, engine, support, etc.

GM lists a complete LS1 at 450 & 490 lbs fully dressed, the latter being w/ flywheel & clutch

Found this.

The 2.8L weighs around 360 lbs
3800 is 390 lbs
3800SC is 420lbs
LSX 454 weighs 568 lbs
LS7 is 540 lbs.
Northstar is 460lbs.

Im suprised the Northstar motor weights less than the LS7 by 80 lbs
