NO SPECIFICS.I started this thread to address the general mood, NOT to address anyone'* particular problems with anyone else. Just leave the +whatever thing alone, and let'* see if we can figure out how to bring the mood up a bit. Somebody start a game or somthing...

Well, as I said I haven't been around very long, so I don't know what it was like before, I just know that you guys have been very welcoming, and provide prompt answers to mechanical questions.

Also, I know it'* been tight for a few years, but my personal experience, is the last few months have been the tightest I can remember.

I find the best way to have good relationships is not to take things personally. People disagree with my politics, my outlook, my opinion, or even my actions. I don't take it personally, and neither should anyone else. We're not born with knowledge (at least, not most of it anyways). That'* why we go to school. Just because you don't know something, doesn't mean someone teaching you is saying you're dumb. You're only dumb when you don't heed advice. And if you disagree, just remember that there is a lot in this world that is subject to opinion, and if we didn't have those people disagreeing with us, our ideas would never change. We'd still think the sun revolved around the Earth. It is argument and discourse that help us learn, and it doesn't matter who wins the argument because both people come out on top. One person now knows what'* correct, and the other person now knows how to better defend their position. Arguments are not about ego, they're about learning and figuring out what'* right!

Let'* be frank (no offense to Frank of course):

Any time a prominent member is reprimanded, and that prominent member has a 'following', there is a general bad attitude that grows out of it (primarily because of the one-sided explanation). We've seen it before, and we'll see it again. The attitude cleans up in time, and will this time as well.

In this particular case, there were issues behind the scenes totally unrelated to what you may think the 'public' reason was. And once again, the entire Staff was fully aware of it all the way through (once again dashing the conspiracy theory).

It'* happened dozens of times before, and it will happen dozens more. The point is that we always get over it and move on. We move on in spite of which side of the story people hear. Thanks for the lock, Don. But I got the last word!

This Forum is what most of the members here claim it to be for a reason. Several reasons, actually.

    Moving on with life now......
