im not evicted... but pretty damn close

all they did was terminate the lease 1 month ahead of schedule, which is pretty sweet for us, cuz we wanna move out now...

however, if we do get another violation within the next 60 days, we are fucked, and it goes on the record, and we have to go to court and ****...
