i am in no huge rush. i am applying for a new job in house and if all goes well maybe i'll see 10% increase in yearly compensation. if that happens i'd like to pull body from frame, repaint car and the do drivetrain. i love the car but i'm at the point i can go buy a GN done for less that what it will cost me to get this where i want it [with all the work done myself].

maybe i'll dig it out in a few weeks and go do a burnout. that always makes me happy and gets a little motivation in me.

I have said it before and shall say it again. There are several white Bonnies in my area and I know the owners of 2 of them and they are almost show quality cars. One is a 2002 SLE and the other is a 99 SE. No such thing as white curse, its either mechanical failure or owner neglect

I had a white 1990 Olds 88 that was wrecked... twice...

I used a white parts car to fix it the frist time though...

But I still don't believe in the curse. White is just a very, very, very common color for a car. Statitisically, the more common the car, the more wrecks are going to be found of that color.

But.... to err on the side of caution I now own a back car and a maroon car :P

My 95 is white and is the better car even if we just did a trans in it. I would rather drive the 95 over my SC 93 I also used to have a white 85 Mustang and it was the best car I had up until my Ranchero.
