Default White curse my ARSE!

Now, I know I don't own a white car, but I still am an avid critic of the term "white curse". To prove that white cars reign supreme (except in the case of Impalas, because navy blue is, of course, the best color), I have found a website that agrees with me...

However, the UK'* top-selling car colours are also those that are most likely to be involved in a crash.
Silver is the best-selling new car colour, followed by black, blue, grey and red.
white involved in the fewest accidents . . . um . . . its also one of the least sold.

Not sure I agree with that article...

However, colours lower on the visibility index such as black, blue, grey, green, red and silver were up to 12% more likely to be at risk of being involved in an accident.
What is not visible about red?????? IMO, it'* one of the most prominent car colors.

Wren found stats in the past IIRC..

White gets whacked the most. It may also be the most common color. ....although mid 90'* GM had a serious surplus of OGG laying around..

Um, this article was written in Great Brittan. They drive on the wrong side of the road for Pete'* * sake What do they know? I actually read somewhere that white was very unsafe due to poor visibility, especially on a sunny day.
I tired finding any kind of stats to back this up, or prove it un-true, but no luck. I did, however, find this and thought I'd share.
Black cars denote an aggressive personality or someone who'* an outsider or rebel.
Silver cars indicate someone who'* cool, calm and slightly aloof.
Green cars can often be chosen by people with hysterical tendencies.
Yellow cars signify someone who is idealistic and novelty loving.
Blue cars are chosen by the more introspective, reflective and cautious driver.
Gray cars represent those who are calm, sober and dedicated to their work.
Red cars denote those who are full of zest, energy and drive, who think, move and talk quickly.
Pink cars are chosen by gentle, loving and affectionate drivers.
White cars represent status-seeking extrovert drivers.
Cream cars are the least likely to be involved in accidents and denote self-contained and controlled owners.

I tried to see if I could find anything on Myth Busters if they ever did this, no luck. I did find this and thought is was cool. Hope not too off topic, if so it can be deleted and I can start a new thread.

It'* a 10 question quiz on car related myths.
For the record, I got 9out of 10, or 90%.
Congratulations!
