what are those?

the actual heads on the 318'*, later hemis i havent heard anything about. the engines themselves seems fine. its just all the electronics that fail and anything that seals. my inlaws 1500 hemi is a 05 and besides the 1000 dollar bcm/fuse panel all the pans are rotting out and had to replace all the seals. same deal on the 06 2500 we had at work same exact issues and they ended up trading it in early because its a plow truck and we didnt have a backup plow for that area

well, i just got home from work... got sent home early due to no customers. (how about that?) got about 4" before i left for work and another 3 while i was there. i saw not one plow on my drive there or the drive back. the entire way home i could hear the snow dragging the bottom of my car. every time i stopped i had to floor it till the wheels found pavement to counteract the weight of the car being on snow instead of the wheels. got passed by a snowmobile on a state highway.

apparently indiana plow drivers take the day off on saturdays.

That seems to be the norm here in NY also. On weekends, you hardly see plows out until early Monday morning-school/work.

at least Chrysler is fixing it for them, gm charged their customers for the pos castech heads in the 99-03. those would crack and get coolant and oil all through the engine and your on your own. the strait six in the TB they had same issues and issues with random misfires and all they just extended the engine warranty to 100k for all those if you had over that you are on your own even though its a known issue

they go around twice a day during the week before commute times and only come out on the weekends if its real bad like more than 4 or 5 and or blowing so theres that much on the roads. not many people out here and i think they figure most have a truck or something they can use if need be, better to save the resources

I had to run into the datacenter yesterday and am glad I have a truck or I would have never made it there. Even if I did, I wouldn't have had the clearance to make it through the unplowed parking lot...
