But, If I got me some good spicy sausage, some mozerella, and some sliced, pickeld jalapenos (and a good suppliy of Tums or Peopto), I can make a mean omellette.

BTW, MOS, I have fixed any number of killer omelets with my home-grown, home-made pickled jalapeno peppers. Good stuff! Even better when I can get the rare fresh eggs from a local farmer. Truly fresh eggs are much, much better than what you buy in the store.
