Got 2 slabs seasoned and resting. They'll be going on the grill either Sunday or Monday.
I got a grill full of Country style ribs smokin on the grill right now. They have been on for about 2 hours and still got another 1 to 2 hrs more to go

% Day weekend starting yesterday!!! my plans are to paint my calipars on the bonnie and head gasket on the truck! i would have rather worked and gotten holiday pay in stead of no pay... but the sun is out!!!!
