That was my favorite mix, now if we're doing favorite drinks, then I'd have to say a nice Sam Adams will do the trick

When I drank I would have 3 modes:

casual drinking with friends= Malibu Rum & Pineapple juice or the occasional strawberry or banana daquiri

on a budget- long island ice tea (I didn't drink this for many years because I thought it contained real tea and I don't like tea)

on a mission= straight shots of VO whiskey with a coke chaser. If no VO was available then it was Jack Daniels. Usually anywhere from a 1/2 pint to a pint would be consumed by me in an evening.
