Sweet potato casserole with the brown sugar and nut topping; it is not thanksgiving without it.

You mix brown sugar, chopped walnuts or pecans, and some butter; the amounts depend on how large a casserole, and you spread it out on top of the sweet potatoes. It will bake out to a crunchy topping.
