What Are You Thankful For This Thanksgiving?
Happy Thanksgiving. You are my family and friends.
What has happened in the last few years that you are truly thankful for?
I have turned my life around 180 degrees in the last 1 1/2-2 years. Life is much better today. Its worth living. I have alot to loose now. So it gives me a reason to continue to strive for forward progress.
I don't have much family. And my childhood was very unsatisfactory. And has effected me negatively throughout my entire life. Then I meet this amazing woman. We have been together for almost 2 years now and everyday has been better than the last. She makes up for the lack of love and feeling of never being good enough that I endured during my childhood.
I am thankful for Gods presence in my life.
How about you?

I survived Iraq, got orders away from old base, my kid is too smart for his own good, have a loving girlfriend, great friends and home and here in Korea.
On the lighter scale, I didn't have to work this weekend like I thought I would.

the doctor over at the Wheaton Eye Clinic/Central DuPage Hospital who, last Friday, gave me a new vision of everyday life I've never seen before, and hopefully, a new start in life thanks to his help.
