ABSOLUTELY take HIM shopping for her. To this day, I make sure I help my daughters (13 and 1 have Mom (my ex-wife) covered for Mother'* day.

My advice to everyone is be kind to your mother. You never know.
I had no regrets when my mother died. It made things much easier to deal with.

Sorry for hijacking the thread, or changing the tone. It just slipped out. :(

I don't have money so I'm gonna have to bum some off my Step-dad. I'm thinking a bouquet of flowers and maybe a gift cert. or dinner.

Well recently she has hinted she needs a cell phone since hers broke a couple months back.

So I'm getting her a Net10 phone and some kind of plant.

Im getting for my mom the pride that I graduated college. The graduation ceremony next Saturday will be the culmination of that.

Im too broke to give her anything else, lol.

My Mom passed away in 2000,so I know how you feel.

There will be flowers at the cemetery and a little quiet time spent out there with her
