In NYC they tried this thing with putting fake cows all over Manhattan and they had to cancel doing it because people kept stealing the cows...

Uh, those are beef cattle, likely bulls....not cows.

Seeing as it'* probably just a fiberglass shell, you could convert that 13 footer into a really unique one person camper.....
