I think delivery times depend on how far away you are from a hub.

For example, I live in a city where there are two post offices on either side of town. I live smack dab in the middle of town but slightly to one side so I got the PO for that side. Since I'm on the outside edge of their "hub" in town, I get mail towards the end of the day (usually between 4 and 5).

I imagine that if I lived closer to the PO that I'd get my mail sooner. Its really frustrating when I get a check or a bill or something and I want to mail it out the same day but I can because I just received it as everything is closing

Mine come between 10-12 which is great to me because my mail in NY comes at like 4:00pm some days. They even deliver on Sunday some weeks when they have alot of mail.

We're kind of hard on postal carriers. They change really frequently and our mail can show anywhere from 09:30 until 16:30. Your guess is as good as mine!

I guess where live is still considered rural because they deliver the mail out of their personal cars.

Regular mail is between 3 PM and 4 PM, but packages come at any random time.

Anywhere from 9-12 on weekdays and 12-1 on weekends. We dont even have Post Office trucks here, the delivery people have to use their personal car The city next to us has the USPS trucks tho

never before 2, never after 4. pretty consistent.
