Raynor was asked to leave the band in 1998 to attend rehabilitation for a serious drinking problem. When looking at the lyrics to the Blink-182 song "Man Overboard", some speculate that the song is about Scott and his drinking problem in relation to the band. Mark Hoppus (Lead vocalist and Bassist) confirmed this in an interview.

Just a suggestion, try to find the song you're listening to on YouTube or something so the rest of us can listen to the song and see if we like it.
