Default What should I get done to my car first?

I have a few different options of what I can do to my car first. I only have enough money to do one of them, so just curious what you guys think I should do first. Keep in mind none of these need to be done more than the other so it'* not like one is more important than another. The choices are
1. Suspension
2. Brakes
3. Paint Job

1. I'm doing suspension because the car is starting to bounce, and I wanted a better, more firm ride. My suspension choice is Going to be Monroe Sensa-Trac struts in the front, and regular Monroe air Ride struts in the rear. Total cost approx: $800

2. Brakes. I need to replace the front rotors on my brakes. Since I'm replacing the rotors, I might as well go all out and get some performance ones and some performance pads (IE ceramic pads so that I don't have to clean my rims twice a week because of all the brake dust.) Since I'm doing the fronts, might as well do the backs to match since the rotors in rear too, are getting worn down. THe major reason I want to do brakes is because of my massive amount of brake squeal. All pads are new, but I cannot get the squeal to go away. Total Cost approx: $500

3. I want to do a paint job because the paint on my hood is pealing pretty bad along the edge, this car has been keyed on the driver'* side quarter panel, the trunk has horrible 'orange peal' to it, and the passenger side quarter panel has a huge door ding in it. The driver'* side door along the bottom also has rust forming on it. The car is covered in fine/small scratches and paint chips. I will be painting it the same color I do believe, or maybe black because it'* cheaper. not sure though. I'm pretty sure I'll keep the color it is now. Total Cost approx: $1200 (doing a lot of the sanding/masking/body work myself. having a family friend do the actual paint job itself.)

So, answer my poll and tell me what you think I should do first?

I could try and get you the same brakes I have for the front and back if you want...$100 CDN per rotor and $80 CDN for ceramic pads.

Then you can still get yer suspension...

I would go with the suspension first. You said that your brake pads are new, so, unless you didn't have the rotors checked/turned, there is no safety issue there--just the annoyance of the squeak. With the suspension, it will become a ride comfort AND safety issue. Deal with safety first, performance second, and appearence third IMO. Whatever you wind up doing first, you will be happy with any one of those choices.

Bah, I didn't notice the new pads part. I chose brakes for safety issues, but the point was the same. Above all else, make it safe, then go for comfort and/or looks.
