Wait for an SSEi to come along. Or maybe something just as nice will appear.

I say wait for what you really want...they're getting less expensive, not more, so unless you are in a big rush hold out for your heart'* desire. Why compromise?
I should have thought of that. That helps. Thanks Hailey

My mother always said, if your going to do something...do it right....

Get what you want and you will be happy. Wait to compromise until your married

Rogue...that marriage part is very true.

bonnie94sse, What color is it?
I don't know the technical name but it'* the dark red/purple color (like Smellbird'*).

Do you want the SSEi for the power or because it says SSEi on the side? If it becuase of the engine you may wnat to consider getting the SSE and get a SSEi engine and put it in there
I want it for the POWER and basically so I don't have to worry about the upper intake failure. That'* actually the most important reason. If I got the SSE with the NA I'd add more hp anyways, and would be happy with the power that would have...a SC would be nice, but the possible problems of the intake are my biggest concern.

Runner is good, does you well, enjoy it for a bit more, save the money and cash in on the "i"
My 'dream' would be to keep Runner, get the 40th Anniv. SSE also..and put a SC engine in it later, and transfer the ghetto golds to the SSE, then put in my intake, etc... It would be pretty sweet to have a 40th Anniv. supercharged Bonneville SSE.

Damn, it'* amazing...one friggin letter is the difference between an easy decision and a difficult one. I was hoping that maybe it was some rare car and was already a SC/SSE, but I popped the hood...and no SC It doesn't have a moonroof too, and I'd like one. I'll take it for a drive tomorrow anyway because I can. If my engine and/or tranny was bad now I'd prob get it..but I think I'll wait for what I've been wanting.

Thanks for the suggestions everyone! Damn...if only it had the "i"!!!! Just my luck. Oh well, I'll keep my eyes peeled from now on. The first SSEi I see for sale is mine. If it'* black...

I don't think you'll gain much anyways, Your engine should be almost as good with the mods you got on it right now, and besides, it'* got the sound, looks, and they style. I don't know why you did that, not worth the difference IMHO. If you were looking for A car, not an upgrade i'd say hop on it, but not when you got a car like yours!

patience...forget patience!! lol You make best decisions by coming to a solid agreement with yourself without mulling over it for days because that makes it worse, and then you go through with it, and don't look back or think "what ifs"
Get what you want though. You're going to have to put up with it for the next few years, so get something you like. Just because it dosn't have the i dosn't mean you can't fall in love with it, or should be fighting it if you already have.
My 95 has 233,000 kms on it (145,000miles) and i've never had a problem with the intake what so ever, and very very little problems else where.
Do what feels right, the answer will be right there. You don't need to dig for something like that.

Hey Druggie, yah you, where are you gonna come up with $7200 dollars? Maybe take that guy who owes you a lotta money to the bank (literally!)

Wait, save up some, and when you got that money, and you find a black SSEi next year for less you'll thank me!
