Ok, over the past two days I had put in 30 hours into work and only got 8 hours of sleep between those two days. Yesterday, I got straight up after a little under four hours of sleep and had just enough time to eat something, and shower, before going to work. Well, I get up, figure I'll just have something really fast so I go downstairs and grab a can of ravioli.. I know I should eat something breakfast like but since it was 1 PM I figure I'll combine breakfast and lunch. I don't know what I was thinking... but... I go and grab the toaster out of cubbard, plug it in, open my can of ravioli and.... ...
pour it into the toaster.
I left the ravioli'd toaster on the counter and just grabbed something to eat on the way to work.

I put in over 120 hours on yesterdays paycheck. Talk about doubletime plus holiday pay+doubletime = trippletime. Today is my first day off in weeks ha ha.

Hehe... you'll get used to it. I did that for 2 months strait on a manual labor job. I dunno where you work but, have you ever been sun baked before? Its kinda cool. You start work at 7am, bust tail all day in the sun untill after dark ~9pm. Towards the end you will seriously feel drunk. You get the giggles and are a stumbling fool.

medical studies show that the chemical imbalance that results from stay awake for 24hrs straight is equal to being intoxicated. Kind of scary to think of medical staff that would pull 24hrs shifts.
