I'm with you on the dog. I have an old man, and I'm not sure if I want to get a puppy for him to raise, get one after he'* gone, or just not do it again.

I'd like Mick to have an influence on the next generation, but sometimes I think he deserves the peace late in life. He'* only 9, but that'* old for a Boxer. I'm not sure he'll make it through the winter with his arthritis.
