Default What does BUMP mean?

I may be old fashioned and out of touch but what does BUMP mean? I see it on some for the messages but I can't figure it out? Must just be my stupidity or do others have the same question and were too proud to ask?

how Did you get that name anyways? Very Happy
The tall is fairly obvious...I am 6 ft 3, the bump comes from loud stereos.
