What do I believe!!!
To play "Devil'* Advocate", even if he is guilty (and I suspect he may be. I would be), he cleaned up very well, obviously maintained control as nothing was broken/trashed, etc.... Gotta give him credit for that....

Well, there was The Great "Where'* My Remote" Panic of '06 when I moved into the new house and the remote didn't get unpacked....
But, if that'* all that got broken, the kid did a good job of covering his tracks. Better thsn I would have at his age. But I never did anything like that
Not me
No way
Never
Nope....

As many people have said - give him the benefit of the doubt for the fact that nothing BAD happened.
If you snoop around and dig for evidence he will think you dont trust him, and will make him want to act out against you even more, and more obviously.

I say give him some credit.
In the past you mentioned some episodes with Chyna and apparently Victor learned what would be acceptable. And..maybe the neighbors were over reacting from previous Chyna experiences.
Go Victor...I'm routing for ya!

OK, we had a heart to heart last night and he came clean.
He did have a party on Saturday night. About 25 kids. About 6 bottles of vodka and assorted beer.
It was controlled. Some of you know how big Victor is and he has the respect of all his friends.......or at least the ones that didn't rat him out.
What first began as only two guys sleeping over, eventually turned into three guys and two girls.
Victor did crash early even though others were still here but they kicked everyone out by 1:am.
That fact alone disturbs me the most. Leaving others I don't even know in charge of a home with drunken teenagers. (15 - 17 year olds)
I am not upset.......much. At least not as much as I was when I first heard. It is a good thing to let some time go by and really reflect on the consequences of every action.
My very first thought was selling the Trans Am and kicking him out of the house.....much too extreme but if the house had been trashed or the Bonne driven into a ditch or someone hurt
........
Discipline will have to be dealt.
I will take suggestions but my initial stance is NO driving for 1 month.
Also, Laura and I are off to Chicago at the end of April for a 5 day mini vacation.
Both Chynna (if she is here) and Victor will have to stay somewhere outside of this house.
My suggestion will be their Grandparents house. I know they will not want to stay there but it will be up to them to find other accommodations if they wish.
I appreciate some of your helpful comments.

You are fortunate that one of the ones drinking didn't get into any accidents and hurt anyone because you would be held liable. I agree that Victor needs to know that is not acceptable. Especially the thought of strange kids in the house while he is sleeping. Good thing your room was locked.
The fact that he fessed up has reduced his sentence. I was going to be far more extreme.
Very good point and one that had me very worried at the time. You can only trust so far.
As I explained to Victor........Trust no one because when it comes down to a crisis MOST people look after their own butt and will always sacrifice others before their own.
