as we all know, you fill out a job application, and most people make you take a personality profile, psych test, or something like that. i dont get the job because i fail that test, almost every time. what am i doing wrong? i answer the question truthfully, most of the time its in my favor too. any body know how these stupid things work? jolly needs a job , and these arent helping :?

if the question states if you are a party person? adn you say no, then they turn around and ask a similiar question are you the life of the party? and you answer yes, you failed

Those will ask you the same question 2 or 3 different ways. Be consistant.

If the HR department is new or young frequently they will have those questions. They are a score by number type of thing and are premade.

And the only reasons you aren't getting the jobs are because you keep writing Bonnevilleclub.com across the top of the application and when they come here and ask us we give them our canned response for you:

"We don't know but he has a tempo and belongs to a bonneville forum, as well he keeps digging up old posts...we don't know why on that either"
