We don't need a big military cause of 2 reasons. Everyone loves Canadians ( I"ve travelled and know first hand ). Secondly, we are so multi-cultured that anyone who wants to invade risk hurting their relatives here.. come on.. everyone has relatives in Canada, that would be like bombing your own house or cuttin off your nose to spite your face.. hee hee..

I don't have relatives there but I've always wanted to visit. I've seen a lot of made for TV movies that Canada is where all the criminals run to escape US law. like Bambi Benick or something like that. She fit right in for a while. I can just imagine how funny you would think I talk. I mean I was born & raised in Chicago, moved to MS so people in both places tell me I talk funny I still say things like "you guys" and "pop." I've worked for my boss for 3 years now and he still can't understand my northern accent. Oh well. Perhaps one day I can make the trek to "Oh, Canada....."

I was never taught about when the Canadians occupied the White House. Inform me. I'm assuming it was A LONG TIME AGO and doesn't have the slimmest chance of happening again. About the same chances Iraq had.
