When we were in the hospital almost 2 months my guys didn't get paid. Not that I didnt have the money but I wasn't there to sign cheques. Talk about a nightmare. I slid a little bonus in tho.

Yeas, there should definitely be money put aside for times like these, or possibly some line of credit form one of his banks.
Frankly, I don't think either of hose are possible.
I think he only makes about as much as I do in a year.

I guess the missus and I are going to have to talk about what we need more, the guaranteed income or the flexible schedule.
I know he will make good on it when he can, no worries there.

It is his fault, he'* the one in charge of acct receivable it sounds like.. Sometimes you gotta get on companies, hold back new orders, find new clients, etc.
