The injector problem does occur, but injector replacement is not very difficult. The car does not burn oil, doesn't run hot, shifts and accelerates perfectly and everything works (except that one of the windows fell off the track, I'll fix that sunday before work.) The 278 HP rating was on the non-VVT version of the VH45DE, Nissan enthusiasts estimate it makes 310 with VVT, I'd wager it'* probably closer to 295, but still nothing in the realm of low. I originally posted this topic in general chat as it began as a "I'm selling my Bonneville" thread, but if a mod wants to move it, please do.

Q45 of that style is a great car. fast but very refined doing it. They do have their problems but no more than the car you have now. Expect to get around 23-24 miles to the gallon on the highway.
