Well, I finally did it.
Anyways, I walked out of my job at the salvage yard this morning, took 4 ppl with me.....IT WAS FANTASTIC!
I can't be happier. My boss has called me and the other 3 times in the last hour or so. I ain't going back.....F him and that company I'M A FREE MAN!!!!!!!!!!! WOOT!
Put up with that *** and his Soap Opera'* for 2 yrs too long. I'm done with it! I can't be happier!
Just talked to one of the salesman on AIM, one more is quiting and not showing up monday. So that makes 5......LMFAO BYE BYE METRO!!!!!!! lol

Owner is consistantly in a bad mood every morning and walks into work and takes it out on you and everyone else.
Hours are long and the pay is low (Thanks for that line Junior Brown
)Demeaning about everything but not limited to sexual orientation.
That'* a few that has happened in the last few months.
One of the salesman that I've been talking to on AIM is trying to get a hold of the Dept. Of Labor as we speak since the owner left for a little while.

Good going!! I had a female boss like that. She called me into her office to try and intimidate me but I wasn't. I told her "You know, when they said you had bad days they failed to tell me EVERY day was a bad day for you" and her jaw dropped. When I walked out of her office the other 2 ladies were laughing their asses off! I never looked back.

Ya I wasn't expecting the other guys to follow me out, but they did....Ultimate slap to the face. But, My decisision still stands.
