I'm not liking this summer so far. Last week in the 90s, the next day in the 40s. We had the furnace on because it was just to cold. Time for a long long stretch of great weather.

Rained on and off all day. But that didn't stop me and Wild Bill from taking the rowboat out on our favorite pond and catching a 3 gallon bucket filled over the top with mostly perch. Never did count them. But we each ended up with half of a gallon freezer bag of filets. We clean them quickly, he cuts the filets off and I skin the filets. Hoping for a few more times out before the heat and a diet of bugs turns the meat mushy till winter.

Keep headed east then man, it hasn't come to PA. Here locally we are 26 inches of rain above the record for Jan-June. And can't even seem to stay into consistent 70'*.

Well, after a good week of nice weather, it seems to be taking a turn for the worse. Tonights forecast is for a strong thunderstorm. Storms are popping up all around. Looks like it will get worse as the day goes on.
