Nothin' but blue skies smilin' at me, nothin but blue skies do I see. The weather is in the 70'* and loving it. I have to windows down and the radio jammin. I love feeling the wind on my face and in my hair. What a wonderful experience this time of the year is.

...and I don't want my property values to go up. If I had to buy the house today that I bought three years ago, I couldn't afford it. Prices go up any further and I won't be able to buy that new supercharged Boneville I've been eyeing up.

Yesterday afternoon I saw 79* F while I was cruising home from St. Cloud on I-94. Today on my way home from work I saw 67* F. Not bad so I pulled my sisters 1995 Buick Riviera out and handwashed it. Tomorrow I vacuum it and put the for sale sign in the window.
